When can I make my reservation for onsite condo rental service?
You make book online up until 3pm the day before your reservation will start or you may see the beach attendant no earlier than 9am the day of your reservation.
When are my onsite rental chairs available for use?
Beach service opens at 9am and closes at 5pm. Please note, beach attendants get an early start putting away unused equipment at 3:30pm, if your chairs are vacant at that time, they may be put away.
How close can my rentals be to the water?
In accordance with local law, beach rentals must remain 35ft for the water’s edge (not applicable to delivery rentals).
How much should I tip the beach attendant?
Tipping is customary, we suggest at least a 20% gratuity if you are pleased with your service.
What types of payment does the onsite beach attendant accept?
The beach attendant can accept cash or card. No Checks.
If it is too windy for umbrellas, what happens?
For the safety of beachgoers, the umbrellas may be taken down on high-winds days (no-refunds).
I am not staying at a property where you have onsite service, how do I get rentals?
You may book online through our delivery portal. Please input a valid delivery address as well as a gate code should your property have one.
If it rains during my reservation, will I get a refund?
Our multi-day discount offering factors the chance that you may encounter inclement weather into the price. Refunds are not available for any reason.
